We fired up the Barbee tonight and enjoyed a delicious steak dinner from Cornell Farms. We decided to go for the best and chose their marinated beef tenderloin and certainly were not disappointed. Cornell beef is grass fed with no added hormones or antibiotics. One can certainly taste the difference keeping it local makes. Another week has flown by and we've whipped up more fresh non-dairy ice cream and treats for your delight! We'll be at the Thunder Bay Country Market tomorrow from 8:00am-1:00pm. Well, it looks like warmer weather is finally here and we've been busy making a bunch of spring inspired pastas for you! Pictured are Campanelle infused with saffron, casarecce made with peas and parsley and that leafy on one the right is spinach ondine! We're also bringing along: Roasted Red Pepper Fettuccine Small Shells Casarecce Rigatoni and a few others Oh, and Ricotta Spinach Ravioli will be making an appearance as well!
