We source all our fish from dedicated local fisherman who have fished the lake for generations. We  ensure the fish makes it to your table in a form you can be proud to serve; knowing that it has been sustainably sourced and in the form that you desire.

We want to ensure the people of Thunder Bay have access to high quality and healthy fish from their regions waters. We are passionate about reserving a space for local fish at the table of our customers; ensuring a secure food source for everyone in Thunder Bay.

The commercial fishing industry is a tribute to our regions past. The industry once sustained the development the North. Our business is based on the desire to preserve this connection and bring it into the minds and tables of our community.
